The company was established in 2022, but the experience behind it spans decades. Painting has been part of our family’s work for nearly 30 years, and that legacy continues to shape how we approach every project today.
Our Story
From a young age, founder Luis Reyes grew up alongside the painting trade, learning directly from his father, Francisco Reyes, a highly respected painter in the Charleston area with nearly three decades of experience. Francisco is one of the region’s last specialists in oil-based trim spraying, a skill that requires precision, patience, and deep technical knowledge.
Alongside Francisco is Omar Trejo, NGR Painting LLC’s Group Manager and longtime right-hand partner. Omar is widely trusted by high-end home builders, particularly on Kiawah Island, where attention to detail and consistency are non-negotiable. His reputation for perfection and reliability has made him a preferred painter for luxury residential projects.
After graduating high school in 2018, Luis explored a different path before realizing his future was rooted in entrepreneurship and craftsmanship. He returned to the trade with a renewed vision, combining the experience of his father and Omar with a modern, professional approach forming what is now NGR Painting, LLC.
